A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural
consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section:
(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number. DOES THAT ANSWER EVERYONES QUESTION?

This is hilarious. But I’ve been trying over and over to post this on my facebook profile and it won’t let me. Does Chase own utube too? Has anyone else been successful doing this, if so let me know what I can do different from the other videos. I really want to “share” this one. haha

UPDATE: I’ve since gotten rid of my cell phone. I didnt use it that much…now they can’t call me at all. I have a new phone and guess what… I’m getting calls on my new phone from a bill collector for someone who had the number before me. LOL Oh I tell ya, it’s just too much!

woot woot !!! we’ve told our creditors the same thing and eventually after 4 years they gave up.. REFUSE REFUSE REFUSE their calls and don’t pay a dime! unless you own a home or real assetts they can’t get nothin from ya. They say your credit will go bad but I don’t care and also on a line of credit our banks in canada don’t share that info with credit bureaus any ways.

if a thirdparty …
if a thirdparty answers the phone then just hung up chase will not consider it as a contact so after 30 mins you will be called again,,so if you want to stop the phone calls just cooperate, send a cease and desist letter,and if you will just req to waive the late fee in a polite manner it wil be granted,,

and chase is allowed to call 9 times a day unless there is a righ part contact,,from 8am to 9pm est..
