How can I tell if a website is just ripping me off and just wants to take my credit card number?
i want to buy this jacket in blackholeboards.com but i don’t know if they are just want my credit card #
Do some research and see if it is a trusted site.
My philosophy is that you should never give your credit card # out.

I never give out any credit card information to a site that I am not familiar with. You might do a little research on that site and see if there is anything about their reliability.
